I think if vendors are going to use groupon they need to realize it's an investment in gaining customers for their business. I felt the vendor was irritated that he was not making enough cleaning my rugs and based on the job he did I wouldn't use his service again. He was at my house for less than an hour to do 3 rooms and a hallway and left the rugs so wet it took 10 hours to dry them with extra fans we set around to help in the drying process.

The results of the cleaning were great. Since this is a small business, scheduling was a little informal, as was the statement I received upon payment. I added additional services and was pleased with the final result.
